Please keep in mind that shipping on all of our products may take up to 40 days, or longer due to the ongoing COVID pandemic, but it can quite often be less than this. Delivery time depends on the item ordered and the destination country.
In the meantime, soon after your purchase you will receive tracking numbers for all the products you've purchased, so you will be able to track your items in our "Track Order" facility. Some items won't have tracking number enabled because of the chosen shipping method.
Most of our shipping is fulfilled via ePacket, but for some items we use other shipping providers. Currently there is free shipping available on many of our products.
We ship to many countries throughout the world. Please be aware of your countries/laws/customs as we are not responsible for any custom fees or issues. Nor are we responsible for any items lost in transit.
We assure you that your purchased items are of excellent quality and will be worth the wait. Every item is such as it's described, but if you have any problems or queries, please go to "contact us" directly and email us, so we can solve the problems.

Due to the holiday in China and the presence of traffic control because of the virus outbreak, all shipments will have a delay. Most of the suppliers won't start shipping orders until the 10th of February as we found out from conversations with our suppliers.
